Online Access is a facility to enable you to make and cancel appointments, order repeat medication and view your medical records.
For further information please read the attached leaflet:
If you already have access for making appointments and/or ordering repeat medication you will be able to view a summary of your records, however if you wish to view your consultations, problems, results and documents please read the above leaflet and then present at reception with your identification.
If you do not have Online Access but would like to use this facility, please read the above leaflet before presenting at reception with all the relevant identification; we will then generate your details and email them to you. Please note that all family members over the age of 11 will need to register separately.
Please note that children under the age of 11 parents will proxy users until their child(ren) reaches the age of 11 years old.
We require two forms of identification, one photographic (passport/driving licence) and one proof of address (utility bill/council tax bill). For children under the age of 11 we require the identification for the parent(s) and birth certificate for the child.
Once you have received your registration details you will be given a list of different service providers to use. We usually use Patient Access or MyGP although you have the option of choosing any on the list. Once registered you will be able to make appointments, order medication and view your medical records.
Please note – access to your consultations, results, documents is available to view from the 1st December 2017.
Please note that appointments for Asthma, COPD, CHD, Diabetic and Hypertension clinics are not available on line.
At the moment we offer GP telephone appointments, smear tests and appointments with the First Contact Physiotherapist online. If you wish to book an appointment with a nurse please contact the surgery on 720241.
